The range this site gives you from photographs is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding on either of us. It is produced by an automated system looking at pictures, and pictures do not show what is behind a panel.

Collision damage is routinely worse than it looks. The real number comes after we put the vehicle on a lift and take the damaged area apart — that is what teardown is for, and it is why the written estimate you sign is the only figure that means anything.

Our written estimate is free, and it does not commit you to having the work done.

Send us photos of your own vehicle, and information that is accurate as far as you know. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

If the details are wrong — a digit missing from a phone number, the wrong model year — the estimate will be wrong too, and messages we send may not reach you. Tell us and we will correct it.

Booking a time reserves a slot for an estimate. If you cannot make it, call us — the number is at the bottom of this page and in every message we send. We would rather know than hold a bay empty.

The link we send shows the stage your repair has reached. It is a convenience, not a contract: a stage changes when someone in the shop moves it, and there may be a gap between the work happening and the screen catching up.

Anyone holding the link can open it, so treat it as private. It shows the vehicle and the stage — not your name or contact details.

When you give us a phone number or an email address, we use them to tell you about your repair. What we send, how often, and how to stop it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Neither stops us from reaching you about a repair that is actually in progress — if your vehicle is ready, we will still tell you.

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is never wrong and never down. Hours, prices and details change; if something here matters to a decision you are making, call and confirm it.

Do not use this site to try to break it, to reach information that is not yours, or to send us anything automated.

Call us. A shop this size fixes problems by talking to the person who has one, and we would much rather hear it from you than read it somewhere else.
